Process:
User confirms the same TO twice in RF transaction. (LM05/LM07). On Initial creation of TO the queue is F031.
On first confirmation the Queue is changed from F031 to FS3. The TO is still unconfirmed.
After confirmation in the second queue (FS3) the TO is confirmed.
Now when we display the TO, we can get the confirmation done for FS3 queue. But for F031 we need to find which user has confirmed it.
Need to find out if there is any table which stores the TO processing for the first time i.e. in queue F031 so it helps the user to know who confirmed it in F031 queue.
