Setup Table & Init process

Hi friends,

We are implemetaing BI7 for bellow modules, and R/3 is implemetated in year 2002, and we wish to pull all data from year 2002.

1.MM (2LIS_03_BX,2LIS_03_BF,2LIS_03_UM)

2.PP (2LIS_04_PEMATNR)

3.QM (2LIS_05_Q0ITEM)

4.SD (2LIS_11_VAHDR, 2LIS_11_VAITM, 2LIS_13_VDHDR, 2LIS_13_VDITM)

i have follwing points can anybody will focus on it.

1.Which sequence should be maintend to fillup the setup tables?

2.is it neccessory to to take downtime of R/3 and fillup setup tables? how to minimize the downtime?

OR give the selection criteria on year field and take only downtime for current year criteria?

3.after filling setup tables in R/3, is it neccessory to take downtime for data upload in BW?

4.In BW which update mode to be use? (upload the data in initial load with data transfer or do the init without data trasfer and then do the fullupload?)

5.what precaution to be taken in this process

6.kindly give me the steps for it
