Extractor checker terminating into a short dump - urgent - SAP BW

Hi all,

This is an SAP BW issue. While running RSA3 for any Transaction data source in R/3, the page is getting terminated into an error message screen and the termination is occured due to an ABAP program 'SAPLARAPS' in 'BW_BTE_CALL_BW204010_E' in the main program 'RSFHGEN2'

Its displaying as syntax error occured in program '/ISDFPS/SAPLBI_EXTRACTORS' in Include ''/ISDFPS/LBI_EXTRACTORSU21' in line 261 'LAST_OBJID' and '<FS_PA0000_TMP>-PERNR' are not comparable in a Unicode program.

We looked after suitable SAP Notes for this issue and we could not figure out the cause for the same. We hav recently upgraded to 2004S version.

We are also getting short dumps and system logs similarly while executing RSA3.

Request to suggest some resolution for the above.
