Manufacturing and Production Cubes in BW

Hello Everyone,

I am pretty new to SAP and would like to know about the pre-configured cubes come with the SAP.

1. We need to create a brand new cube/multiprovider for reporting that will capture the information from COOIS, CMO7 and CO11N. If there is any cube(s) then we'll probably create a multi-provider.

2. How would I know the field(s) under COOIS or any other transaction code. For example if I need to see all the fields used in COOIS how would I go about it?

I would appreciate any kind of help.
