Disassembly Production Order - Costs

Dear experts.

I've seen some previous posts about this question, but I still have some doubts.

Let me explain the situation. My customer has Material Ledger implemented, so you have standard price and actual price calculated at the end of the period. The production process is a regular one, so you produce a finished product and consumes some raw materials. Also there are some activities in the routing.

However, for some reason, he needs to disassembly the finished product and return the raw materials to stock. According to what I see in some topics, I have to create a specific order type for disassembly process.

I would like to know if it's possible to create a disassembly production order without informing any "main material" and carrying out the finished product as consumption (movement type 261) and provide to stock the raw materials by movement type 531 (as co-product)? Also, we will probably have an specific activity type for disassembly process.

If it's possible, when I settle the disassembly production order, I need to settle it proportionally to the co-products (or at least let me define the percentage for each raw material). Is it possible to be defined?

If yes, please, let me know.

Best Regards
