By running a SAP query automatically with layout and filter in it, filter disappears always

Dear All,

i'm running a query in SAP manually by choosing a specific layout with filter. When data appear filter is set and i get everything like needed. If i run this query automatically in batch then i get always data without filter. Same variant & layout are choosed.

Any ideas?

Additionally. have i run query manually and i make a download to TXT / XLS data are fine. Do i choose to send it by mail i also get all data not filtered. I think this problems refers together.
