Suppose a client is having the process of customer appointment which is consist lot of procedure like identification, agreements, notes of proper authority and so on. Should all these documents can be possible linked to the customer? If possible pl mail it urgently.
Customer Master is normally after the neccessary documentation is done.
Maybe you can use some field which is not being used to maintain whether the document is maintained or not. There is no direct linkage.
