Zero supression option in query designer

When I see my report I can find some 0 values for net price in my report

When I right click on net price & go for Zero Supression Active[all values = 0]

Then it wont display the 0 values ,now I want to apply this permentately to my qyery that is in my querdesigner,but I am unable to fine it in query designet

Hello,

In the query properties you can find that option or else in the key figures structure just right click and go for properties you can find the zero supression option.

You do it the query properties level.

I found the option Apply zero row suppression in display tab ,i have checked it but it didnot work

Have you tick the option in query properties? must be both activated in query properties and in structure.

Hi,

If you check that option then the entire column will not be displayed if all the entries in the cloumn are zeros.

In the quer properties just as display zeros as and in the next text box leave it blank then all the zeros will be displayed as blanks.

If you do not want to see the rows/columns where the entire row/column zre zers an in the query properties set the supress zeros to the rows & columns and also check that suppression by right clicking the structure also.
