Exporting RSA3 output with field technical names

Hi,

I wish to export the RSA3 output from my standard 0FI_GL_10 extractor with technical names of the fields. The ALV display doesn't show technical names whereas the List display shows the descriptions with Tech names in brackets. The problems are:

1. I am not able to add all the fields to output in List display. I know how to do that in ALV but can you suggest how to do that in List?

2. Is there a possibility to get only technical names in column header?

3. The list display Description(Techname) format also cuts off a lot of names due to inadequate column width.

The ALV settings do not show any way to fix this. Tried searching the forum but the answers keep suggesting to use the List mode (which has all the problems I stated above).

Please help.
