I have activated the datasource in R/3 and able to see data in RSA3 also.
But while replicating data in BW4/HANA System, it gives error. "the OLTP Source for source system not present"
Please suggest; how can i replicate the datasource.

HelloDid you created your BW/4HANA System as ODP Source System?And furthermore is your SAP Source System as well created as ODP based extraction Source System?
In BW/4HANA only the ODP based extraction is allowed, e.g. - https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3699844
