Menu exit

Hi Experts,

I want to create a Menu exit,in this case ,at one stage after clicking the Menu exit a pop up screen appears in which we can find COPY,CHECK,OTHER LANG.,CANCEL. What to do with this .can anyone explain from this stage on how to proceed further.
