PO Idoc generation problem

Hi,

We want to sent an ORDER02 Idoc whenever a PO is getting created/changed.

We have done the following,

1.created a new output type for that(copied and edited NEU).

2.Created partner profile, added the Idoc and the output type

in message control.

But now the Idoc are not getting generated automatically.

Is there anything more to do ?

If we go to me22n->messages and give Output type, partner entry and save, the

ORDER02 Idocs are getting generated.

Can anyone help.
