Hi All,

Can someone tell me what is the best possible way to limit the validity period of cost centers in bulk. We have around 100 cost centres for which we want to limit the validity period through front end. Please advise the procedure for doing this.

The only way to reduce the validity of cost centers is to delete them for future period using t code KS14.

e.g. if you delete cost center using t code KS14 and enter valid from date as 01.04.2007, then validity of existing cost center gets reduced upto 31.03.2007
