SSO Connection Test: Could not create physical Connection

Hi,

I trying to setup SSO between Portal and ECC. All the details were given and configuration is fine. When I test the system alias I'm facing the error below.

No connection to system ACP2ACJ found No connection to system ACP2ACJ found: com.sapportals.connector.connection.ConnectionFailedException: Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection. Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection. Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not create JCO connection. Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

I'm new to portal, are there any additional roles I need to give?
