Activate data in ODS

Hi all,

I am facing this issue . I am trying to activate the data in the ods from the requests . There are few requests which have a red status and the lates one has green status . This is the request that i want to activate . when i select this request and try to activate the specific request , the system gives a message ( for the previois request that is red )

Req. 0000000195 in DataStore ZMMIC_IV must have QM status green before it is activated.

I tried to delete the request that is red in status , but the job fails and the red request cant be deleted . As a result I am unable to activate the data in ODS for the green request . Please suggest how to proceed .
