Then you have to build and document an schema of your ETL flows from data source to infoproviders, including extraction methods or data tranfomations necesary to show users the information they want to and in the way they want to
Take a look to business content ETL flows because they can cover many of your specifications (over all if your are extracting from SAP systems) and document necesary enhacements to taht business content.
