Chart not displaying in WAD

Hi all,

I have coped existing web temple. I have not changed anything in the chart which is colum chart. I have created the new query and assigned for chat, to display. I have checked HTML code everything fine, I can see chat , but no colums in that.

Any in puts plz.

Kindly check :

1) If a Dataprovider is assigned .

2) Dataprovider Returns data.

3) Config of the Chart Web Item.

If IGS Server is not working then it will give an IGS Server Error

Hari,

Go to TCode RSRT and click on the Tab for IGS test - find out if your IGS service is active , if not ask your BASIS to troubleshoot the same...
