EDIT FORM UI NOT SAVED PROPERLY

Hi all

We need to login as individual SAP user account for editing this UI form right?

Any idea why some users disabled field suddenly become editable again when they have No Authorization to Edit Form UI?

Hi Kedalene,

In my 13 years experience with B1, UI settings and the saving thereof, has never been a very stable system. My guess is that until SAP decides to invest in a complete overhaul of the client, this will not change.

The only way that I know of to prevent unexpected behavior, is to never close forms or the client using the x button at the top corner. Try to always use the ok or cancel buttons, and close the client through the File menu. Also note that when several forms of the same type are open, the last one to be closed, will determine what settings get saved.
