Hi Monica,

Go to TX (tcode) se16 , specify the table u want ot view in this case is But000 and click on the icon table contents (or enter) and u can find the entries by giving a selection or view the total no of entries.

Hi Mon,

What I want to do is view the table to see how many BPs are there in a country say US and how many BPs are there in a region.

How exactly can I do that?

Thanks,

Monica

Hi monica,

Try FM "BAPI_BUPA_SEARCH" .

There u will get structure ADDRESSDATA structure where you can put your country and/or region code and it will return you the list of BPs associated.

AS per tables : Address data - BP data are all not stored in a single table So you can't get it directly from a single table.

Hi Animesh,

How to use the function module?

Do I enter it in the space for Txn code?

Thanks,

Monica

Txn code for FM is SE37.

There you write the name of FM.

Then Press F8.

Thre you get Structure ADDRESSDATA. Click on It and put your country code/ region code and again press F8.

Its Better For you to have some Idea of SAP first.

Help.sap.com and txn code abapdocu will help you initially.

Monica,

This is a word of advice. Request help from someone who understand something about basic SAP...fast. It's normal that you need help with CRM, but it's not normal to be asking what transaction to use in order to see table data.

Sooner or later you're going to come to the conclusion you are way over your head, and it's better to see this sooner then later.

As for the subject people have answered the question. The information you're seeking is spread across several tabels, so use the function module in SE37. The FM doesn't have counters I think, so it would be better to write a small program to make the calculation.

Hi Joao,

Thanks a lot for your advice.

I am new to CRM and just started working, so facing a lot of problems. They didn;t teach that much in the course I took up.

Can you help me understand certain things? Can I have your email id to email you my problems or questions?

Any more inputs or suggestions are welcome.
