Part2 posted but accounting document is generated only for one line item through MIGO

In MIGO, i have 2 line items. Both materials are same type of materials. If i do GRN with two line items, only for second line item accounting document got generated. In accounting document one line item is missing.

Some time accounting document got posted for two line items. some times accounting document not generating

What is Tool"T" type materials ? Honestly haven't heart nor seen this in 20 years with SAP MM.

Are you not able to find a pattern? Different item category, account assignment category, valuation screens in material master? different plant?

In J1ID both the material type is configured as "T" tools.
