How to change language

Hi all,

i have IDES installed and i want to set default language. I want

whenever users connects via SAP Gui to my IDES to have the

ability to chose their own language from a drop down menu, is

this possible? if this is not possible, how can i set a

permanent language at the login screen without the ability to be

change?
