User exit for Requisition

We have overall release for requisitions and the requisitions are not going through the correct approval due to multiple cost centers in the same requisition.My requirement is to perform a check on saving the requisition and generate an error message when the cost centers in all the line items are not identical.

Can anyone guide me to the correct user exit and component that can be used to program this requirement.
