'Page cannot be displayed' in LAYOUT tab

Hi all,

I am reframing my question related to WebDynrpo Application.

In the design time while creating a view, i am not able to access the LAYOUT tab to design my layout.

when i click on LAYOUT tab, a message 'Page cannot be displayed' appears.

Can anyone tell me what could be the reason?
