Manage GTD number Imports in Russia

We create a PO document for the imports Omnilife Rusia buys to our Manufacturing plant:

Performing a search in the web and in sap service market place we get the transaction J3RFGTDINT in which you fill out information about the GTD number for Russia:

We are not sure how to use this transaction or how to do to have all the information complete, about all the movements, deliveries, material documents, for example if I review the information in transaction J3RFGTDUSAGE there are fields to have this information but we don’t know how to get that information in that fields:

We don’t know how to get this information in the report, or even how to get updated.

That is the reason we are looking for answers and hlep to manage this.
