Hi all,

I was triying to find a tutorial how to enhance a table meintenance view (SM34)

I have the requirement to code some check in PAI.

I found a node "events" in SE57. I wrote an little form just with a break-point statement.

But this coding is only processed when I open the maintenance view via SM34.

So I woder how to write a own PAI module?

Could anybody please help?

Regards

Mario

Hi Mario,

I think, you can use TMG for reach your request.

I.E.: In TMG Screen, Double clic on "Overview Screen - screen number":

In PBO or PAI, you will write your code:

After that, do activation for Function group.

But you should keep in mind that the custom PAI/PBO modules will be deleted during maintenance screen regeneration. So it's preferred to create event handlers like Mario already found above.

Also you can try to use enhancement events on concrete screen (simple view) via SE11->Utilites->Table maintenance generator->Environment->Modification->Events

Hope it's helpful
