MB5B and GL account values.

Hello.

I have a little problem with MB5B. Maybe somebody can help me.

When I check stock for the end of the month MB5B (for example end of February) i get some value (for example 1000), but when I check value on GL account for this type of material (the same like in MB5B), the value is different (for example 980). What is strange, when I start MB5B once again, value is different from the value I have get for first time.

Can somebody explain me how MB5B count the value?

Run MB5L for ONLY company code in the background and check.

Hi andrez,

As simple,

MC.9 and MB5B both have the same Functionalities in terms of Stock Reports but main diff is MB5B will calculate stock based on the Tables ( MARDMKPFMSEG),but where as in MC.9 based on the Info Structures ( S031/32 etc ).

Hi andrez,

Just give the other input parameters on the selection screen and execute.

You will see the results in a list format. There's a Menu Option here called Settings-->Layout. Just try that option out and you'll discover that the layout of the list can be changed and also saved. When you have saved at least one such Layout, you would be able to enter the name of the layout in the initial screen of the transaction the next time you execute it.

Unfortunately, there's no option here to see the list in an ALV Grid. There has been a similar post sometime back:

And the Layout option in the case of this transaction has been impe=lemented manually, using the function modules from the Function Group SKBS.

Regarding the layout :

The layout enable you to have a "diplay variant", in order to customize the report.

If you haven't any layout. You can create it, after the execution of the report.

By clicking on the button ( same icon as "variant" ), then you just have to select which fields you want to display in the report.

Once you have choosen your fields, the report display the colum you asked. You can save the "layout", via the menu : --> Options --> Layout.

Hi, the S031 it was generated with wrong movements .. How can I use the LIS to reorganize S031, S032 and S033.... I dont Know the LIS...
