Getting Error while testing a rule in transformation.

Helo Experts,

I am getting error while testing a rule in transformation.Cannot generate test environment.

I had wrote field Routine in the transformation and it is syntactically correct (No error)

But when I am trying to test this rule it showing me the popup box "Cannot generate test environment"Message no. RSTRAN_T005.

Anyone have any idea what can be the issue??

I have checked the note .It is telling to implement some support package .

Is there any instant solution for it ??
