SMOHQUEUE - Status of Queue Demon on Hold

Hi Experts,

I'm not able to replicate the materials from R/3 to SRM,earlier i was successfull in performing this task,but after sometime there seems to be a problem,but when checked in the the transaction SMOHQUEUE ,system displays the message as Status of Queue Demon on Hold,even after releasing the queues still the same error being displayed,i've scheduled a job as per the note no 681516 but still the problem persists,please advice.

Hi Marcin/Atul,

I've checked the sap note no 305881,after setting up the RFC logical destination SAPCRM_MW_RR_000 with service user i'm not getting the error as "Error during aRFC (SAPCRM_MW_RR_000:Name or password is incorrect. Please re-enter" .Please advice to release the R&R queues.

Hi

<u>In SM59 transaction, the user id of the RFC user must have following attributes -></u>

<b>The RFC user must have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorizations. The username or Password should be configured in both the R/3 and SRM systems.

Note ->The user must exist in both the systems and must have the same password in bot the systems.</b>

Hi,

Check your RFC user and password on SRM and R/3 system.

Sometimes (if you type bad password) RFC user is locked.

HI Marcin/Atul,

I've maintained the same user in both the sytem with system attributes sap_all and sap_new,when i click on test connection there is not error,but still not been able to clear the queue demon as it is shown hold status,any advice is appreciated.

Hi Marcin,

What are the other areas i should look for to pull the materials,i have set the filter and then started initial load and checked in the both systems systems for queues which are clear and in the transaction R3AM1 all the requests DNL_CUST_BASIS3,DNL_CUST_PROD0,DNL_CUST_PROD1,DNL_CUST_SRVMAS are shown with o.k status green colour, not able to trace where the error occur, please advice.

Hi Marcin,

In the transaction SMOHQUEUE when tried to start the Queue demon i'm getting following error :

"Starting Queue Demon not successful.

Error during aRFC (SAPCRM_MW_RR_000:RFC destination SAPCRM_MW_RR_000 does not exist.)"

Please advice on how to start the queue demon.
