Scorecard comparison chart bar lengths are reset when a prompt is fired

Hi Team,

We are experiencing a weird issue in the scorecard comparison chart where the length of the bars are reset when a prompt is re-fired (using setVariableValueExt). Please let me know what i can fix to resolve this issue as this behavior is very inconsistent and stops working frequently.

As shown below, the application starts up and displays the scorecard chart as shown below.

Although, once the data is refreshed by firing a setVariableValueExt function, the bar chart lengths are all reset.

Below is how we set the Maximum value for each of the bars.

I have expereinced similar issues also with other components, whereby when a prompt variable is executed, the component is "reset"/re-render for no apparent reason. I would make two initial suggestions:

1. Make sure you are on the latest version of Design Studio;

2. If after point 1 your problem still persists and there is no obvious cause related to configuration of the Scorecard, raise an SAP Support Ticket as this looks like it could be a bug.

Hi Mustafa,

Thanks for the quick response. I will raise a ticket as suggested by you. Upgrading to a higher version currently would not be possible for us but i will try testing it locally on a higher version as i won't have access to a universe.
