FSCM Collections Management Config

I know there have been previous posts on this, but the answers didn't help my needs. I am looking for documentation on config for Collections Management. In the building block library there is W21 for Disputes and W23 for Credit, Disputes, and Collections Management. When I look in W23 it is pretty much for setting up Credit Management only. Does anyone have config info for Collections Management? Thank you, I am new to SAP

1. SAP FSCM - Collections management - Integration with accounts receivable accounting - activate SAP collect manag

2. SAP FSCM - Collections management - Integration with accounts receivable accounting - master data distribution - perform master data distribution and make click on IMG Activity documentation (follow the instructions and configuration guide step by step)

after that create a new customer (xd01) and automatically the system will be create a business partner on SAP collections managemet.

3. also you need Define Company Codes for SAP Collections Management on Basic setting for collec mang - basic data

and Activate Distribution per Company Code, on SAP FSCM - Collections management - Integration with accounts receivable accounting

also define collection segments - collections profile and collections group you can do this on sandbox system is not necessary do on customizing system
