FSCM Collections Management Config

I know there have been previous posts on this, but the answers didn't help my needs. I am looking for documentation on config for Collections Management. In the building block library there is W21 for Disputes and W23 for Credit, Disputes, and Collections Management. When I look in W23 it is pretty much for setting up Credit Management only. Does anyone have config info for Collections Management? Thank you, I am new to SAP
