Hi,
Here I am working on RFC->XI->FILE scenario.
I have configured the sender RFC. But when I am trying to push the data to XI (from RFC using) a background task is getting created for the given RFC destination. I have checked it using SM58.
But in SM58, the tasks are not getting executed for a long time. They always stay in execution mode only. I dont know whether its my configuration problem in XI or SAP. Please help me out:(
Thanks in advance,
-Kanth.
Hi Kanth,
go to SM59 and see whether your type 3 conn from R/3 to XI is working or not....
Thanks,

Hi,
Did you configured the RFC sender adapter properly.
see here to get more details..

You have to create the program Id with RFC destination with T connection
and this use gateway host details.
run a program to call the RFC with destination the above program id.
