BAdI for ME41 getting the generated RFQ number

Hi guys, I'm using v6.1 here, I was used to 4.7c, so, still learning about the new BAdIs... this is the problem:

After the user register a RFQ (Request for Quatation) in Transaction ME41, I need to get this cotation and send it by mail to the vendor, do to this, I found the BAdI ME_PURCHDOC_POSTED, method POSTED, with lots of information about the quotation, but didn't find the RFQ number, I don't know if it is generated after this badi...

Anyone could help me? Is this the right badi? are there another way(s) to send the email with the information that I need?

(*** I DON'T NEED INFORMATION ABOUT HOW SEND EMAIL, thank you anyway ***)
