I am looking for the distinguish features of the respective testing tools, Worksoft Certify and CBTA (Component Based Testing Application )
Would like to get some information on how CBTA is a better option than WorkSoft Certify.?

It depends on what your doing, CBTA will not test outside applications like Web Based applications. Worksoft can hit everything within SAP as well as applications including mobile outside of SAP to ensure true E2E automation.
