Implementation von ESS/MSS

Hi,

I should implement a testversion of ESS/MSS on our IDES System (mySAP ERP 2005). There is a Enterprise Portal conected. But I have no idea how to "make ESS/MSS visable". Our portal is like empty at the moment. Do I have to download it from service makrtplace and install it? The problem is I'm not a SAP-basis-guy and there are no SAP-basis-people around who could help me. So what do I have to do? I'm thankfull for any help!
