Maintenance Planner unable to calculate any stack

We are trying to calculate the upgrade stack to ERP 60 EHP7 , starting from the actual release ECC 50.

We applied notes 2002546 and 2186164 to our Solution Manager 7.1 and uploaded successfully the data of the system we want to upgrade to the MP.

Despite the direct-upload happened without errors, and we see the system n OK status, and the Verifcation is successfull, we are unable to plan the change to EHP7 ERP 60.

For any target release we choose doing "Instal -Maintain Enhacement Package", the the MP page come back and does not allow us to go ahead.

We tried selecting EHP7 for ERP 60 but also for EHP1 or EHP2 for SAP ERP 60, but as we select the package level from the dropdown menu, the MP goes back to the previous screen.

We suspect some note Oss is missing on the Solution Manager, and despite there are no errors during the direct- upload of the data, we thinks probabily some data is not properly transmitted from LMDB to the MP , causing the problem.

The LMDB data are completeted, and also the verification we did here is green

But we are unable to find any Note for that.

I had similar issues with my Solution Manager 7.1 SPS11. Despite deploying all required SAP notes, the data in the Maintenance Planner did not seem to be correct. In the end, I upgraded my Solution Manager 7.1 to SPS15 which resolved the issue.
