SuccessFactors Employee Central: Create Pay Component by Business Rule

Dear Community Fellows ,

I am trying to create a pay component using a business rule, but unfortunately it's not being created.

  • I have verified that the rule is indeed beeing trigger.
  • I can create this pay component manually under the Compensation Information portlet, meaning this is not an issue of authorizations or bad configuration (hopefully).

I attach here 3 screenshots of the Pay Component and the rule. I would appreciate you assistance.

Hi Liran

There is an OSS note with an example just like you have. Try to link your rule at Pay Component Recurring Level.
