How to Translate Language of Standard Text.

Hello Experts,

I have to add Disclaimers for some JAPAN Document in 2 languages i.e. EN and JA in an Existing form. They have sent me Disclaimers in Both Languages. I have created one in English in SO10 named 'ZISC_COA_JAPN' ID 'ST' LAng 'EN'

Now How to create other in Japanese Lang.

i have tried log-in system in Japanese Lang and then went to SO10 and tried to Create text named 'ZISC_COA_JAPN' ID 'ST' LAng 'JA'

but it didn't woked as while copying the disclaimer in Japanese from excell sheet to SO10 it was showing ??????? instead of text. What is the problem? why its not copying. Pls reply Full Reward Points
