Can u pl let us know how to restrict the PR (material or services) generation in Network without Budget Assignment & Budget Release.
Currently my PS settings are allowing the PS - Project (capital) is being created and executed thru release of prjoect & release of network, without Budget assign & Budget Release.
Pl help
