Loading ODS 0BBP_SC (Shopping Carts) using Delta Updates

Hi,

We currently load data into ODS 0BBP_SC (Shopping Cart - Individual Documents) using a full update every night. This is taking an age now to load and we are thinking of switching to a delta update.

We tried to load data in our UAT system using the delta method and noticed the following:

a) When a shopping cart is raised on Monday but not approved on Monday, the name of the requester is not brought across in the overnight load.

b) If the same shopping cart is approved on Tuesday, the name of the approver is brought across but again the name of the requester is not updated.

c) When a shopping cart is raised on Monday and approved on Monday, the name of the requester IS brought across in the overnight load.

We started with an empty ODS, did an Initialize Delta Process 1st then loaded data using the delta update.

The requester details are there in the data source 0BBP_TD_SC_1 when we run the extract checker.

When we load the same data using a full load, the requester IS brought across in the case of scenario a).

Does anyone know if it is possible to load data into ODS 0BBP_SC using the delta method? Are there other steps I need to take when switching from the full to delta to ensure the requested is brought across?

Regards and thanks in advance, Stephen
