UAR Requests not triggered to Approvers.

Hi All,

I am facing an issue as UAR request generation is not taking place.

after triggering 'Update Workflow for UAR request' its still can be seen in Request 'Request Review', Role owners are not getting any emails. SOST shows no emails were sent to anyone. Access request did not get created.

We are using GRC 10.1 SP-16, I tried to use all suggestions to tackle this problem which are mentioned in this document Wiki Document: http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/IYEcF

but issue is still there.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

UAR WF Requests not triggered to Role Owner/Reviewers

I have same issue background job says "Job scheduled successfully" that's all no JOB is created and after that nothing log is generated and no UAR requests are created. From Admin review requests are not going due no WF triggered.

I have configured all parameters and admin review done, sync jobs successfully completed. I followed below note:

Any one has idea how to fix this issue?

Hi Mubasher,

what does the background job say? Does it finish with "completed"? Please also check SLG1 and ST22 if you have any issue and share that with us. Do your reviewers have a coordinator? That's mandatory as it won't work without.
