Step 7: Open SAP Vora Manager

Hi Team,

While going through below link I was able to execute till step 6. But IP address I got was not able to be connecting with my local machine.

I was not able to ping from local machine CMD as well on this IP.

My HANA Enterprise other VM IP address are like 10.XX.XX.XX whereas for vora its 10.X.X.X so range is also different.

Is there any way we can change the IP address manually? Steps suggested

https://www.sap.com/developer/how-tos/2017/02/vora-ova-install.html

Tried all Browser including incognito mode response gets timed out.

Rebooted Vora mutiple times also as suggested on other thread.

    Some good updates.

Now I am able to ping this Server via cmd.

I was using VM Virtualbox and should have used VM workstation 12 player.

However still not able to connect via a browser. Even maintained this ip address in etc/host file.

Kindly share if someone knows more about this issue.

    Getting below message

    This site can’t be reached

    XXX.XXX.XXX.XX refused to connect

    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

    • hi Gagan,

I use a Virtual box too and when I start the machine, I see a Suse Linux desktop and not the CLI as shown in the Step 4 of the tutorial. So this would work only if I have VM workstation 12 player?

I have the same problem using Virtual Box with Bridged networking turned on on Mac. I'm able to ping the server from outside but browser is not able to connect Vora manager.

    Best Regards, Yevgen
