OSA - putting object VC under object Q in the template

Hello,collegues!

One of the client `s requirements for appraisal template is that we must use there object Q from the catalogue (that is no problem) with further following fragmentation for smaler indicators. We decided to use object VC for that and to to put it under the object Q (actually it is object VB with reference to Q) . But unfortunately system shows an error "object Q cannot be find" (though it is in the catalogue). Is that normal?

Has anybody come across the same problem?
