Defining a filter in a BADI. Already active implementations for filter

Former Member

Hi,

I am creating a filter, 'DEFAULT_NAME', in a badi which is not being accepted as there are already active implementations for this filter.

If I create a 'ZDEFAULT_NAME' it asks if I want to delete the 'DEFAULT_NAME' from T77HAP_FLT_EXI table. I don't think this should be deleted, but when I create the Z* filter and go back to my template the Z* filter name doesn't appear.

Please advise.

Regards,

Warren.

Did you try creating another Implementation for that BAdI definition?

Hi Suresh,

Yes I did. The BADI is HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_DP and I tried it with various Z* names. I enter the ZDEFAULT as the filter type and then go to the template. But in the template it doesn't have my filter in the dropdown. If I try and type ZDEFAULT in manually it says that ZDEFAULT is not a type of object DP?
