changing operating concern currency

Hi all,

How to change operating concern currency after postiong some

transaction data....

Now the currency field has become grey.....and i am unable change it

how to change it....

I suppose you cant change operating currency if there are transactions posted to it.

Hi

You can change the operating concern currency if no data is posted in the operating concern.

If data exists (posted) already, then, a change in the operating concern currency cause the existing data to interpret as if it were posted in the new currency. For eg: CHF 500.00 in old currency as USD 500.00 in new currency.

Missed out to mention that...

In IMG->CO->COPA-> Maintain Operating concern->

Select your operating concern and go to Attributes tab, above ''Operating concern currency field , there is a 'pen icon' ie display - change icon. Click on that. It allows you to alter the currency of OC.

Hello Sridevi,

I just wondered if we can change the operating concern currency. Becoz of curiosity i have tried as per your instructions. But it is not allowing to change the currency, it is allowing all other options.

Can you please try it once again and let us know if possible.
