Web Dispatcher as Standalone

Hi,

Just a clarification. Can I install the web dispatcher in a seperate host which does not have any SAP instances or DB instances on it? Now I have 2 seperate fresh systems. In one system I would install SM 4.0 and in another can I install Web dispatcher 7 alone?? If yes what is the procedure? As per the Note 908097, can I just download the SAPWEBDIS...sar file and uncar that? or do I install using sapinst???

Please do provide a detailed clarification.
