Error on Service message

Hi Guys,

For a newly created service message, there is an error message for it and it's saying "Organization not available".

I have alraedy checked the STP's Sales data area, and tried to re-populate the info and save again. But the error is still persist in the service message.

Could you pls comment on what else i need to check?
