i want to create PO using couple SC's. Is there any FM or Report to do this?

If you want to create different follow on document than PO type in transaction SE37 BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_MULTI* and hit F4.

BBP_PD_SC

BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_MULTI

BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_MULTI_AUC - auction

BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_MULTI_CTR - contract

BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_MULTI_PO - purchase order

BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_MULTI_RFQ - request for quotation

Yes, it's possible.

Use FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_MULTI_PO.
