No connection to SAP License Service

Dear SAP-Community,

we have the Problem, that our Users can't reach the SAP Server, when our Firewall is activated.We have the Scenario, that our User log into a Terminal Server which has the SAP GUI (SAP Business One) installed.

The user can choose the application and got the Login Screen - everything is fine.

This Scenario works just, when the Firewall is deactivated. When we turn the Firewall on, there is no Connection possible - just a Windows appears, where we can choose SAP Server and Port. Naturally we already tried it without success.

What I already tried:

- Open the Ports for SQL, License Service (also made an ANY<->ANY declaration)

- Checked Registry

- Restartet the SAP Services

- Created are WireShark Analys to see what ports a listening and when the Firewall is turned on the needed Ports are not listenning.

Do you have any suggestions for me? I'm glad for every help!

    Hi,

    There is workaround to fix this issue. Please follow SAP note,

    2334025 - Windows Updates are causing issues in older versions of SAP Business One

      Hi,

      unfortunately this does not helped.

      The error message responds, that the Terminal Server can't connect to the SLD Service.

      Any more suggestions?
