I have a deployed integration flow that even though its Status it as "PROCESSING" it is clearly not working anymore. In the message log I get the error: LastError = Message has been pending for more than 89s". I want to stop this process but I can't. I already deployed the integration flow but this process won't leave the Status "PROCESSING", disabling me from deploying it again. How can I interrupt this?
Hello Diogo,
Its not possible to cancel the message with status processing manually.
Please find the below KBA which will tell you about solution for above issue.

Hello Diogo,
You can go ahead and process one more message of the same IFlow without any issues. Before deploying you need to check what causing the message to get into Processing Status.
If multiple messages get into Processing Status consuming most of the heap memory then it might cause slowness on your tenant .
If you want to get it cancelled from back end without waiting for more time I guess you can raise a OSS to SAP to cancel the message from back end.
