FSSAI Field in BP

Hello Experts,

My client have a requirement to mention the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) Licence number in the customer master(BP in S4/Hana). Based on this field, client has a specific report. So, I would like to know about the field should be enhanced by ABAP or any specific Snotes is there to ful-fill my requirement?? Please share your valuables ideas.
